The Boavida Group launched the Talents Angola programme in 2017, which aims to identify young talent to fill corporate vacancies in the Group's various companies.
We are looking for young Angolan talent, able to adapt to change, with energy to carry out activities, focused on results, commitment, dynamism, proactivity, honesty, optimism, flexibility, taste for teamwork, resilience, leadership, with an entrepreneurial spirit and learning agility, these are attributes valued by the company.
How it works
The programme is composed of 2 phases: the technical and behavioural training phase and the on-job training phase which will be in specific departments of the company, according to the trainee's background.
The Programme lasts 6 months, at the end of which the trainees selected can occupy positions as Specialists, Supervisors, Coordinators or Managers in some of the Group's companies.
Trainees are monitored throughout the programme and receive individual feedback from the Programme Management team and also receive guidance in preparing the final work of the programme that will be presented to a jury at the end of the Talents Angola 2018 Programme.
We are looking for young Angolans capable of adapting to change, who are committed, proactive, focused on results, entrepreneurial spirit, learning agility and dynamism, these are some of the attributes valued by the company.
In addition they should:
- Have completed higher education between 2015 and 2017;
- Higher Education in the following areas: Business Management, HR Management, Engineering, Architecture, Accounting, Economics, Communication, Tourism, Pedagogy and Marketing;
- Advanced English;
- Willingness to travel and relocate;
- Trainee Grant - compatible with the market
- Food allowance
- Medical assistance for first aid
- Gymnasium
