In March this year (2023), the Boavida Group held another edition of the women's festival, a project that aims to praise the role of all the female employees of the Boavida Group and recognize the fundamental role they play in its growth

On the occasion, the Boavida Group's CEO, Tomasz Dowbor, spoke remotely to the women via a video call and expressed his appreciation to them, guaranteeing that the Board of Directors would continue to create policies to better protect and value all the women in the group. He also acknowledged the low number of female representation in the group and guaranteed that there would be growth in this segment.

The women, dressed in African clothes, paraded smiling onto the stage of the event where they were presented with a gift, containing a bag and a T-shirt with the words A woman 's place is wherever she wants to be, produced by the group's Communication and Image Office, with the aim of awakening the greatness of women and inspiring them to reach great heights.
